Yoga VINYASA ClassES at the Breathing Room in 2023

SUMMER TERM 🌺

Mixed-level Yoga Vinyasa Class with theme
TUESDAYS 6:30am - 8am @ The Breathing Room

4-week term starting January 3, 10, ( no 17th or 25th) 31, February 7.

Themes taught:
- Arm balances in a grounded Yoga flow x 2
- Energetics of postures x 2

1.5 hr Class Payment guidelines:*​
4-week term prepaid $100 Valid one term ( receive class recording if miss a class)
$25 casual ( check availability phone / text 0401307082 at
least 24hrs before class starts. )


Term Yoga to be PREPAID via direct banking.
Encouraging regular participation = regular benefits.
​When paying for term, if you miss a class, you can receive a class recording to practise with at another time:
***Likewise, for all participants, let Cate know if you’d like a complimentary recording to practice with at home between in-person classes. All recordings are available for one week, until day before next class.***

Guidelines for the Breathing Room
​​
  • Ah, the Breathing Room, a dedicated Yoga space that invites you to leave worries at the door, and relax into the now.
  • ​Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes that allow for freedom of movement.
  • Bring a drink bottle if you wish. Water available in the Breathing Room.
  • Please leave shoes at the door of The Breathing Room.
  • Covid- safe plan in place.
  • Please no perfume in the shared yoga space.
  • The room is heated and cooled. Please bring extra layers in cooler months for warm-up at start of class and deep relaxation at the end of class. 
  • All Yoga props are supplied. Feel free to bring your own mat to build up positive practice energy to inspire your home practice.  
  • The Breathing Room is a MOBILE-FREE zone.
  • Access to The Strand building for all Yoga classes is via the front entrance to the Strand, on Reid Street ( next to Aldi). Go up the internal staircase, and The Breathing Room is straight ahead.
  • Toilets are located down the hallway past the Breathing Room, go through an internal doorway, past an internal light well, and then toilets are straight ahead.
  • This practice is for your own relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy diving deep into the inner space, and building a solid, long-lasting connection to your Self.
  • ​May this practice benefit all beings and Mother Earth.
