Welcome to Now for Yoga library, a series of videos for you to enjoy practising at home.
During this current pandemic pause, classes are recorded every week outside on the Yoga platform, in beautiful Nature and available here every Wednesday evening.
The weekly offerings are available for the whole week to use as many times as you like. This is a work in progress, and every week a new class will become available, in slightly different formats, as editing and creative skills develop!

WEEK 2- Wind Like Breath!
This week, there are 5 short videos - WORK IN PROGRESS!
Ideally, you practise them one after the other, for a balanced Yoga flow with adequate warm up. However you could practice the warm-up as a stand alone short practice. The deep relaxation has a chant affirmation at the at the end:
Peace in our minds,
Peace in our bodies,
Peace in our hearts,
Peace in the world.
Abundance of Peace for you and for me,
Abundance of peace for you and for me.
