Relax into the Breathing Room, as you welcome breath and movement to merge.
Co-create your Yoga journey with Cate as she lovingly guides you to find and maintain
your inner strength, peace and balance.
Private Yoga sessions available from February 2022 by appointment on Mondays in The Breathing Room, Wangaratta, or via Zoom.
Private Sessions can be from 1 to 1.5hrs and range from $80 - $120 in person, $50-$80 online in the Zoom Breathing Room.
Hourly rate is reduced when student makes a commitment of 6 weeks or more to work on their health and wellbeing from the Yoga perspective! The Beginner’s Yoga Course is also available privately if you are looking for a comprehensive course that explores all Yoga tools.
