Relax into the Breathing Room, as you welcome breath and movement to merge.
Co-create your Yoga journey with Cate as she lovingly guides you to find and maintain
your inner strength, peace and balance.
One-on-one Yoga sessions available from March 2023 by appointment on Mondays in The Breathing Room, Wangaratta, or via Zoom.
These sessions can be from 1 to 1.5hrs and range from $80 - $120 in person, $50-$80 online in the Zoom Breathing Room.
Hourly rate is reduced when student makes a commitment of 8 weeks or more to work on their health and wellbeing from the Yoga perspective! The Beginner’s Yoga Course is also available privately if you are looking for a comprehensive course that explores all Yoga tools.
